The father of a 6-month-old baby found dead in the refrigerator has been charged with injury to a child, according to court documents. Joseph Deelee Mouton, 57, of Houston, was arrested Friday and remains in the Harris County Jail on $100,000 bond, online records indicate. According to his arrest warrant, Mouton dropped the baby on the floor April 29 while he was intoxicated and failed to get the child medical help. He was charged with injury to a child by omission.
