Heavy traffic builds up as 40,000 fans head to 2012 T4 on the Beach

More than 40,000 people are heading to Weston-super-Mare this morning for today's T4 on the Beach music party.
The open-air concert on the seafront is celebrating its tenth anniversary with a host of big-name performances, and motorists in Somerset are being warned to expect delays on the roads.
The main morning delays around the town will be on the A38 and the A370.
Concert traffic heading up from the South West is being off the M5 motorway and into Weston at junction 22, via the A38, while traffic from the north is being sent into the town off junction 21 and along the A370.
Concert car parks opened from 6am this morning, and visitors were being urged to get there early and avoid a build-up of heavy congestion.
But an accident this morning on the M5, southbound between junction 20 at Clevedon and junction 21 for Weston-super-Mare, is currently causing further delays as concert traffic builds up.
At 10am, slow-moving traffic was reported to be as far back as junction 18 for Avonmouth and junction 19 for Portishead.
The music is due to get under way on the T4 main stage with The Wanted at 11.50am, followed by Tulisa at 12.10pm and Cover Drive at 12.25pm.
