(AP) ? A Texas man convicted of first-degree murder and kidnapping in the deaths of a Marana couple in 2009 has been sentenced to death. Carlson was arrested in June 2009 on an outstanding Texas parole violation warrant two weeks after 49-year-old Kenneth Alliman and 52-year-old Rebecca Lofton were reported missing.
